Our commitment
Accessibility at Mike Da Jeweler
We want every customer, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about our jewelry, build a custom piece, contact us, and complete a purchase.
Accessibility target
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across our customer-facing website and complete shopping processes.
What we are doing
- Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
- Providing labels, instructions, useful alternative text, and screen-reader announcements.
- Testing color contrast, responsive reflow, forms, builders, cart, and checkout.
- Reviewing new features for accessibility and documenting known issues and fixes.
Current status and limitations
This work is ongoing. Some third-party experiences, including embedded maps, financing services, anti-bot checks, and payment interfaces, may have limitations outside our direct control. We continue to test these integrations and provide personal assistance when needed.
Need help or found a barrier?
Tell us what page or task caused difficulty, the device or assistive technology you used, and how we can contact you. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and work with you on an accessible alternative.
Assessment information
Initial technical assessment: August 2026. The assessment includes code review, automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive inspection, and assistive-technology-oriented semantic review. Manual screen-reader testing remains part of our ongoing validation.
