What are the New York store hours?+
The posted hours are Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 12 PM to 6 PM. The store is closed Sunday. Call before a special trip because holiday hours can change.
Does Mike Da Jeweler create custom jewelry?+
Yes. A custom request can be developed around a reference, material, karat, dimensions, stones, sizing, budget, and timing. Final price and production time are confirmed after the specifications are reviewed.
How is jewelry pricing calculated?+
Pricing can reflect live metal rates, purity, finished weight, labor, design complexity, stones, size, and additional services. A displayed reference gold rate is not the final price of a finished piece.
Which payment methods are available?+
Methods shown at checkout may include card payment through Stripe, a Clover payment link, Snap Finance, Acima, and layaway. Availability is controlled by current store settings and can vary by order.
Does applying through Snap or Acima mean an order is approved?+
No. The provider makes its own eligibility and approval decision under separate terms. While a decision is pending, the order can remain marked as waiting for financing approval. The customer is updated after the status changes.
What happens if every online payment method is disabled?+
The checkout can create an inquiry-style order with payment pending. Mike Da Jeweler then contacts the customer to confirm availability, details, and a payment path before fulfillment.
Does Mike Da Jeweler ship orders?+
Yes, eligible domestic and selected international orders can be shipped using tracked service. Shipping availability, price, insurance, signature requirements, duties, and timing depend on the order and destination.
Can jewelry be returned?+
Eligible new and unworn ready-to-wear items can be requested for authorized return within 14 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. Approved returns normally have a 5% restocking charge and insured return-shipping deduction. Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, final-sale, altered, or worn items are excluded.
